Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BookingFlow, a scheduling platform operated by Ideascape (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using BookingFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BookingFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using BookingFlow on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

BookingFlow is a cloud-based scheduling and appointment management platform designed for businesses with multiple team members. We provide tools for calendar management, client booking, team coordination, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use BookingFlow, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier

BookingFlow offers a free tier for up to 3 users. This tier includes core scheduling features but may have limitations on advanced functionality.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BookingFlow for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to BookingFlow. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide support or as required by law.

7. Data Export

You may export your data at any time using our built-in export features. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to BookingFlow. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

BookingFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ideascape (Pty) Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideascape (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BookingFlow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideascape (Pty) Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of BookingFlow or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use BookingFlow immediately ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
